1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account with suit4d, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any aspect of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Legal Capacity: You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming valid agreements.
• Geographic Restrictions: You are accessing suit4d from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. While suit4d primarily serves Indonesian residents, certain jurisdictions may impose restrictions on online gaming participation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws.
• Single Account Policy: You will maintain only one Account with suit4d. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account is for your personal entertainment only and not for professional or commercial purposes. You will not allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials.
• Financial Capacity: You possess the financial means to afford potential losses from gaming activities and will not gamble with funds needed for essential expenses such as rent, food, utilities, or debt obligations.

3.1 Restricted Jurisdictions

suit4d does not knowingly accept registrations or wagers from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal. If your country or region prohibits online gaming, you must not access or use suit4d Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. suit4d reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration with suit4d requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Ensure all information matches official identity documents such as your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Not misrepresent your identity, age, or any other eligibility criteria.

4.2 Account Security

• Password Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify suit4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials if you have failed to maintain proper security.
• Device Security: Ensure that devices used to access suit4d are secure and protected by passwords or biometric authentication. Always log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of security to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

suit4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number, or screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Payments

suit4d accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods to provide convenience and flexibility.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Additional payment methods may be added or removed at suit4d's discretion. We do not accept cash deposits, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency at this time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Lower amounts may be rejected.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Contact support for information about your specific limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer processing may be subject to your bank's operating hours.
• Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus applicable processing fees.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees.
• No Chargebacks: Once funds are successfully deposited and available in your Account, you may not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and legal action.

5.3 Deposit Errors

If you believe your deposit has been processed incorrectly or not credited to your Account, contact our support team immediately with transaction details including date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve genuine discrepancies within 24-48 hours.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Account Verification: Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals require identity verification regardless of amount.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Same Method Rule: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) at minimum odds before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This prevents suit4d from being used as a money transfer service.
• Bonus Wagering: If you have active bonus funds, you must complete applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 3-7 minutes during business hours for major Indonesian banks. E-wallet withdrawals follow similar timelines. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your financial institution's processing times.
• Business Hours: Fastest processing occurs between 09:00-22:00 WIB Monday through Sunday. Withdrawals requested outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience slightly extended processing times.
• Review Period: suit4d reserves the right to review withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or if we detect unusual Account activity. Such reviews typically complete within 24-48 hours.
• Processing Fees: suit4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees which are beyond our control.
• Daily Limits: Withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and verification level. Standard Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP members.

6.3 Withdrawal Denial

suit4d reserves the right to deny withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Account verification is incomplete or documentation provided is insufficient.
• Suspicious activity or potential violation of these Terms is detected.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• Outstanding disputes or chargebacks exist on the Account.
• Requested withdrawal amount exceeds available withdrawable balance.
• Investigation into potential fraudulent activity, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited conduct is ongoing.

We will notify you of the reason for any withdrawal denial and provide opportunity to rectify issues where appropriate.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

suit4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions clearly stated at the time of the offer.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet stated criteria (e.g., new members, minimum deposit amounts, specific game play).
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and those engaging in arbitrage betting are not eligible.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements) that must be completed before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times).
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino varies by game type.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus terms (typically 7-30 days).
• Betting patterns designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette, opposite bets in sports) constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Maximum Bet: While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10,000-50,000 per bet depending on bonus type). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum Winnings: Some bonuses cap maximum withdrawable winnings (e.g., free spins winnings may be capped at Rp 500,000). Any excess will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and all winnings derived from it. Only your original deposited funds will remain.
• Expiration: Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering expire after the stated validity period and will be removed from your Account.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

suit4d takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or transfer funds
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment
• Arbitrage betting or back-and-lay betting across multiple platforms
• Any other activity that demonstrates an intent to profit from bonuses without assuming normal gambling risk

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potentially Account closure with no refund of balances.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

When using suit4d Services, you agree to comply with all gameplay rules and conduct yourself appropriately.

8.1 General Rules

• All bets are final once accepted by our system. You cannot cancel or modify bets after placement unless suit4d determines a technical error occurred.
• In the event of system malfunction, technical error, or game provider issue, suit4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player Accounts.
• Winnings are credited to your Account automatically based on official results provided by game providers or sportsbook data feeds.
• suit4d reserves the right to refuse any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect suspicious activity or violation of terms.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day depending on game type and Account status. Details are available upon request.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, league organizers, etc.).
• If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, different rules apply depending on the sport and bet type. Generally, bets are void and stakes returned if the match does not complete within 24-48 hours.
• Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance before the relevant game action occurs. If a goal is scored or significant event happens before your bet is accepted, the bet may be rejected.
• suit4d does not accept bets on events in which we suspect match-fixing, corruption, or insider information is influencing outcomes.

8.3 Casino and Slot Rules

• All casino games and slots are provided by third-party game developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, etc.) and operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNG).
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Individual sessions may vary significantly.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Game rules, paytables, and features are available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand game rules before playing.

8.4 Togel and Lottery Rules

• Togel results are based on official draws from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney lottery, and Macau lottery authorities.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Money Laundering: Using suit4d to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means.

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple Accounts, arbitrage betting, or strategies designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other tool to place bets without human intervention.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to suit4d systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with platform operations.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other players or staff, using offensive language, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts the gaming environment.
• Syndicate Play: Organizing or participating in syndicates or groups designed to gain systematic advantage over suit4d.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between suit4d and other bookmakers to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. suit4d reserves the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

By using suit4d Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

10.1 Service Availability

While suit4d strives to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that Services will be available at all times without disruption. 10.3 Financial Loss

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that losses are possible and expected. suit4d is not liable for any financial losses you incur through use of our Services. You are responsible for managing your own gambling budget and understanding the risks involved.

10.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suit4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

10.5 Indirect Damages

suit4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational harm, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.6 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of suit4d Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. suit4d makes no representation that Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing suit4d from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal is prohibited.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

suit4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

11.1 Grounds for Termination

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9
• Pattern of bonus abuse or exploitation
• Requesting chargebacks or payment disputes
• Extended period of Account inactivity (typically 12 months or longer)
• At our sole discretion if we believe continued service relationship is not in suit4d's best interests

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination:

• Your access to suit4d Services will be immediately revoked.
• All active bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited.
• Outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules where results have been determined.
• If termination is due to breach of Terms, suit4d may retain your entire Account balance as liquidated damages. If termination is not due to breach, we will process withdrawal of legitimate winnings and deposits after completion of any necessary investigations.
• You may not create new Accounts with suit4d following termination.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request:

• All active bonuses will be forfeited immediately.
• Remaining balance (if any) will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within 7-14 business days.
